Five minute one-pot pasta

Five minute one-pot pasta

The fastest, most delicious one pot pasta you could possible make for your family when they want to eat now and you have not even defrosted meat.

I have been making this recipe for the last three years and it saves me every time! When we have been out and there is no food at home or when my children have friends over, This is the recipe that I make. Even if they mince is still frozen, no problem. With an Instant pot you can add frozen mince, but it will need an extra five minutes to cook.

And I promise it takes less then 5 minutes to add the ingredients to a pot and only 5 minutes in the Instant Pot (The pressure still needs to build, so maybe it takes more then 5 minutes to cook) but still way faster than cooking this in two saucepans, using a colander and cleaning the stovetop afterwards.

I keep Pesto Princess sauces in the freezer for all the days when things get a little to hectic and I did not have time to cook. The flavour of all their products are always spot on and so delicious. Here are six reasons why we love Pesto Princess and their ‘SoulBusiness’

When I first got my Instant Pot, I had to Google every single food I wanted to cook. I then decided to create a fabulous Instant Pot cheat sheet

for myself but also for my clients. So please have a look if this printable will also help you save time.

What if I don’t have an Instant Pot?

You can still make this recipe just add all the ingredients to a a saucepan, and cook for about 20-30 minutes on a meduim heat. Stir every few minutes. Until cooked.
