Peanut butter & tahini no-bake fudge.

This is a super quick treat to make and is gluten and dairy free. It only takes about 10 minutes to make and once cooled down you have a week of treats waiting in the fridge.

Description

These melt in your mouth fudge bites are really delicious. I love the combination of peanut butter & tahini so the taste is not too bitter. That can sometimes happen with tahini. This is a great gluten and dairy-free snack!

I also love the crunchy pecans and chocolate chips. If they last that long, store them in the fridge because unfortunately, they melt fast

Scale

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup tahini1

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tbs honey

2 tbs coconut flour

5ml vanilla extract

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup pecan nuts

Instructions

Line a 20cm x10cm x 2xm baking tray with parchment paper

Melt the peanut butter, tahini and coconut oil in a saucepan. Don’t boil.

Add the coconut flour, vanilla and honey and stir.

Cooldown slightly, add chopped pecan nuts and chocolate chips.

Pour into a lined baking tray and leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour.

Cut into squares.

Enjoy!
