Strawberry ice cream

Super, quick and easy ice cream recipe.

  • 150 g strawberries or any other berries
  • 250 g greek jogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 juice of a lemon or to taste
  • 2 tbs honey (to taste) or icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. You can either follow the step by step instructions or use a machine to do the job.

    Place all the ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet. Blend until smooth. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4-5 hours

Recipe Notes

You can use any fruit for this recipe, my other favorites are mango and avocado.

For a layered effect like in the picture: Mix everything together but leave out the strawberries.

Pour half of the mixture into the moulds and freeze until almost solid.

Now add the strawberries to the mix and blend and pour on white layer, freeze again.

Only advisable to do if you have lot's of time and want to take IG worthy pictures. The kids won't mind if it is layered.
