Tropical Overnight Oats

Description

I make overnight oats at least once a week. This is a basic overnight recipe but changing toppings and adding different fruit, nuts, and seeds will turn it into a new recipe every time. I love mangoes, so this is my absolute favorite!

Ingredients

1 cup oats

1 cup milk ( I like Buttanut almond milk)

3 tbsp toasted coconut

1/2 tbsp protein powder (optional)

1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Extra toppings

Fresh mango, Passion fruit and Toasted coconut flakes


Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a container or large jar except the toppings.

Leave overnight in the fridge

Serve with all the toppings


Notes

Use low-fat milk and yogurt if you want to reduce calories

Berries and peaches are all great options.
